A reliable villa, designed to last
This off-plan project was entrusted to Vishvakarma with complete freedom: a defined budget, and absolute trust.
The result exceeds expectations—a one-bedroom villa combining thoughtful design, functionality, and strong rental potential.
The bedroom, measuring over 35m², includes a study area, ample storage space, a separate toilet, and a private bathroom bathed in light, where a glass wall opening onto the garden creates a gentle continuity with the outdoors.
The modular living room (open or air-conditioned) opens onto a 4-meter teak bay window, letting in natural light and revealing a swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden. At the rear, a planted access garden promotes ventilation and offers a bright and soothing ambiance, enhanced by indirect spotlights at nightfall.
The non-slip porcelain stoneware terrace accommodates two sunbeds and an optional barbecue area — elegantly extending the Balinese art of living.
