About me
Coming from the world of interior design, I've been passionate about space design and transformation for over 25 years. I started by renovating small apartments myself, before naturally evolving into buying, transforming, and reselling villas. In 2018, I decided to make this my main activity.
Based in Aix-en-Provence, I was quickly approached for large-scale renovation projects. Without advertising, a website, or a business card, I built a solid reputation through word of mouth alone. My schedule filled with diverse projects, ranging from professional premises and shopping centers to luxury seafront villas, from Nice to the Basque coast.
In 2022, after designing, fitting out and decorating one of my own villas – both inside and out – and following its sale, my wife and I decided to move to Bali to develop a new business there.
With my experience as a decorator and my constant collaboration with architects throughout my career, I naturally broadened my scope to the construction of high-end villas in Bali.
Our first two projects, Villas Senyum 1 & 2, were designed as showcases of our expertise in engineering, design and decoration.

Villa Senyum 2 was sold virtually off-plan to a very recently retired couple who were captivated by our approach. The project was already well advanced when the contract was signed, but our clients placed their complete trust in us, even giving us carte blanche for the interior and exterior design. Initially intended as a rental investment, this villa ultimately became their primary residence in Bali—a decision that reflects their commitment to the location and the quality of the work accomplished.

Villa Senyum 1, more prestigious, has won over a couple of renowned Parisian interior designers. Their trust represents a true guarantee of quality and testifies to the expertise I have acquired over the years.
Today, we develop off-plan projects – such as Villa Cinta 1 – as well as fully equity-financed villas, built on leased land and offered for sale upon receipt or under off-plan contract.

Having graduated in 2017 in interior design, I completed a demanding training course combining technical mastery, attention to detail, and creativity. This diploma reinforced my skills acquired in the field over many years, while giving me official professional recognition in the field of high-end design and decoration.

From 1994 to 2017: a career built on experience and passion
It all began in 1994 with the purchase of my very first property: a former doctor's office that I completely redesigned, restored, and resold. This first project was the starting point of a truly passionate self-taught journey. Year after year, I perfected my expertise in interior design and decoration, reinvesting in ever more ambitious properties—from small apartments to my first villas starting in the 2000s.
This career path has allowed me to develop comprehensive expertise, from space restructuring to real estate development, including high-end renovation.
